Under Special Training for Employment Program (STEP), around 96 scholars of Top Link Global College Inc. received their starter toolkits on Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I(71) and Hilot (Wellness Massage) NC II(25), held at Talugtog, Nueva Ecija on its first day and with the presence of TESDA Nueva Ecija Provincial Director Ava Heidi V. Dela Torre on its second day, held at Guimba, Nueva Ecija, following the New Normal Protocols.
