A total of fifty (50) STEP Scholars on SMAW NC I program, from Westech Wipi Training Center receives their starter toolkits at NEUST San Leonardo Gymnasium, Diversion Road, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija last May 14, 2021.
Congw. Maricel Natividad – Nagano, the 4th District Representative of Nueva Ecija, together with Atty. Arnold P. Castro, the Chief of Staff of the same district were present and helped in the awarding of the toolkits during the said event. Meanwhile, Ms. Favie Anne D. Calma, who represented the Provincial Director, Ms. Ava Heidi V. Dela Torre gave a short message.
