Starter Toolkits were released to about five hundred beneficiaries at San Leonardo Covered Court on 06 July 2021 during the distribution lead by TESDA PO – Nueva Ecija under the supervision of Director Ava Heidi V. Dela Torre, in partnership with Congw. Dra. Maricel Nagano from the Fourth District of Nueva Ecija.
